The Seals were organized in 1959 as an incorporated association of persons whose purpose is to promote participation in the sport of SCUBA and Skin-diving. The club is a non-profit organization dedicated to the sportsmanship and competitiveness of Spear fishing. The organization has its own intra-club spear fishing competition in both tank and free diving. The club competes in interclub competitions including West Coast Council Spear fishing Tournaments, FSDA State Free diving tournaments and Underwater Society National Championships |
